Verisk partners with CoLabL to design and facilitate its global employee mentoring program, a six-month experience focused on expanding and diversifying networks, strengthening skills, and supporting career planning and growth. This year marked our fifth year together, and the program has grown to engage more than 700 employees across the globe representing a diversity of functions and levels, a reflection of Verisk’s sustained commitment to investing in its people.

Running each year from April through September, the experience brings participants together for monthly group coaching sessions featuring a Verisk leader who shares insights and recommendations drawn from their own career and life experiences. Between sessions, CoLabL equips mentors and mentees with prompts, activities, and resources to guide their monthly 1:1 connections, helping each pair move beyond check-ins into meaningful conversations about goals, growth, and what comes next.

The program is built in close collaboration with Verisk’s Talent Development team and grounded in the company’s values of learning, caring, and results. Participants learn from colleagues across teams and geographies, show up for one another’s growth through intentional relationships, and leave with real progress toward their goals. What stands out most in participant feedback is how practical and applicable the experience is. People don’t just leave inspired, they leave with tools they put to work.
