We help early career talent expand and diversify their networks, engage in continual learning, and increase access to growth opportunities.
Early career talent includes interns, rotational program participants, and professionals in their first 10 years of work. Sessions are virtual or in person, 60+ minutes, and tailored to your goals. Pricing typically ranges from $2,500–$10,000 depending on format and level of customization.
This interactive Career Lab helps you move from insight to action combining AI-generated learning with reflection, practice, and real-world application. Through structured conversation and feedback, you will learn how to use AI as a tool, not a replacement, for clarity, confidence, and decision-making. You will engage in a hands-on roadmap building exercise that helps you clarify career direction and identify meaningful next steps. Guided reflection and practical exercises support you in mapping the skills, experiences, and relationships needed to move forward with intention.
(NOTE: Organizations may choose to enhance this experience by incorporating employee volunteers as coaching partners or have the lab fully facilitator led.)
Early career decisions compound over time. In this session, you’ll learn how to intentionally build career capital — the knowledge, skills, experiences, and relationships that expand future options. You will reflect on where you are investing your time and energy today and identify small, strategic actions that will strengthen your long-term career trajectory. This session is rooted in what hundreds of mid-to-senior level leaders have shared as lessons they wish they would have learned and practiced earlier in their careers.
Careers rarely follow a straight line. This session reframes career growth beyond titles and timelines, helping you recognize the value of lateral moves, pivots, stretch projects, and unexpected opportunities. You’ll identify transferable skills from your experiences and explore how to make intentional decisions that support long-term growth even when the next step isn’t obvious.
Learn how to articulate involvement and growth in interviews and applications. You’re gaining experience every day in classes, campus activities, work, and life but knowing how to talk about them is what opens doors. In this session, you’ll learn how to turn your experiences into clear, compelling stories that showcase your growth, strengths, and potential. Through guided reflection and practical examples, you’ll explore how to articulate your involvement in ways that feel authentic and relevant for interviews, applications, networking, and resumes. You’ll leave with simple storytelling frameworks and tools you can use right away to communicate your value with confidence on campus and beyond.
You don’t need a title to make an impact. This session focuses on how to influence outcomes, contribute ideas, and build credibility early in your career even when you’re not the decision maker. You’ll learn how to understand stakeholder perspectives, communicate ideas with clarity, and build trust through consistency and collaboration. Through interactive exercises and reflection, you’ll practice approaches that help you speak up, gain buy-in, and contribute meaningfully in meetings, projects, and team environments.
Interviews are about more than answering questions. They’re about clearly communicating your skills, experiences, and potential. In this interactive session, you’ll prepare for interviews with intention and confidence through guided reflection, structured practice, and real-time feedback. You’ll learn how to approach common interview questions, share your story with clarity, and adapt your responses to different roles and environments. Live mock interviews and practice scenarios help you strengthen your delivery and walk into interviews feeling prepared and self-assured.
Big goals are great—but staying consistent is what actually makes progress happen. And for most students, that’s the hardest part. In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to turn goals into simple habits that fit your life. We’ll break down why consistency often falls apart, how to set goals that lead to action (not pressure), and how to design habits that are easy to start and easy to restart when life gets busy. You’ll walk away with one realistic habit plan you can use right away, including a built-in reset strategy so you don’t fall into all-or-nothing thinking. This session is designed to help you feel more focused, confident, and in control at school, at work, and beyond without burning out.
Roles, tools, and expectations are evolving faster than ever. This session helps you build the skill behind all skills: learning agility. You will explore ways to process information, identify when you need to upskill or reskill, and practice strategies for learning on the job without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll leave with a personalized framework for continual learning and practical tools to stay curious, adaptable, and confident in new environments.
Change is a constant in school, work, and life — new roles, expectations, teams, and priorities. This session helps you build the mindset and tools to navigate change with greater clarity and confidence instead of stress or avoidance. You’ll reflect on how you typically respond to change, identify what helps you stay grounded during transitions, and practice strategies for adapting without losing momentum. Through guided reflection and practical frameworks, you’ll learn how to approach change as a skill you can strengthen over time.
