Yes. CoLabL Connect includes live workshops, conversations, and office hours, along with replays if you can’t attend in real time. As the community grows, there will be opportunities for localized member meetups as well!

You’ll find people at similar stages navigating early career growth, transitions, and big questions. We also have incredible facilitators and trusted voices guiding the experience.

Yes. CoLabL Connect is built with clear community norms and active facilitation to ensure respectful, inclusive, and supportive conversations.

CoLabL Connect prioritizes depth over noise. It’s not about self-promotion or algorithms. It’s about relationships, reflection, and growth that actually sticks.

Every month, CoLabL Connect reinvests 10% of all membership fees into the community through the Give & Grow Fund with a forever monthly minimum of $500!

Members can request micro-support to help them grow personally or professionally, and the community votes on how to allocate the funds. It’s simple, supportive, and rooted in our values.

Membership is $12/month or $99/year.

New members who request an invite receive a complimentary sponsored year to explore the community with no pressure.

After that, you can choose to continue monthly or annually.

Your membership helps us host meaningful experiences and reinvest back into the community through Give & Grow, where 10% goes directly toward supporting members.
