The SHRM Foundation partners with CoLabL to design and facilitate mentorship programming for/with students and emerging HR professionals, creating a pipeline of purpose-driven leaders grounded in connection, curiosity, and continuous learning. All programs emphasize authenticity, psychological safety, and the power of small consistent actions to accelerate professional growth.
CoLabL designed three unique mentorship experiences based on field research including a monthly group-based experience (HR Pathways & Perspectives), a project-based mentorship experience (HR Talent Accelerator), and a 1:1 career development mentoring experience (HR Career Mentoring). Each of these are structured and relationship-centered to expand & diversify networks, skills, and access to growth opportunities.
