CoLabL partnered with Jobs for the Future (JFF) to design and facilitate a series of worker voice forums for/with frontline workers, frontline managers, and employers focused on one core objective: elevating worker voice to shape better policies, practices, and workplace experiences plus quality jobs.
Through peer exchanges, storytelling, action planning, accountability partnerships and structured reflection, participants explored what meaningful worker voice looks like and how organizations can build systems that honor lived experience, drive engagement, and strengthen retention. These forums helped bridge perspectives across roles and sectors, creating actionable pathways for change.
