Cibo Vita partners with CoLabL to cultivate its next generation of leaders through a Future Leaders Initiative and a Management Training Program. Together, we built experiences aligned with their core business priorities and values.

Participants explore self-awareness, situational leadership, goal setting, setting priorities, effective feedback, delegation, managing up, high performing teams, and cross-functional collaboration. Sessions are designed to include hands-on activities, reflection prompts, and role playing, enabling managers and emerging leaders to strengthen confidence, capability, and community.
