Cibo Vita partners with CoLabL to invest in the people powering their growth. What started as a leadership development initiative quickly became a shared commitment to building a culture where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead.
CoLabL designed and facilitated two distinct programs: a Future Leaders Initiative for emerging talent and a Management Training Program for people managers. Sessions covered emotional intelligence, goal setting, feedback, delegation, managing up, and high performing teams. But the real work happened in the moments between the content, in honest conversations, shared challenges, and the connections participants built with each other.
CoLabL continuously adapted the program throughout the year based on participant feedback, 1:1 coaching insights, and leadership input.
