Empowering Early Career Talent Through the Pfizer EDGE Program

Pfizer partners with CoLabL to design and facilitate EDGE, a high-impact learning experience for/with early career talent across the organization. Together, we created a space where participants learn to take ownership of their careers, strengthen self-awareness, build personal brands, and navigate complex workplace dynamics with confidence.

Through interactive workshops, storytelling, and practical tools, participants explored topics like goal setting, growth mindset, communication, relationship building, and leading from any seat. The program’s design reflects Pfizer’s values and commitment to developing talent at every stage and CoLabL’s belief that relationships drive change.
